M: Alpina B7 turbo projekt

Postitus Postitas audiophile »

Loodan et inglise keelest saavad ka kõik aru. Loodan et see sobib kui kopeerin müügikuulutuse mujalt

I have a project what I’ve been working on last 2 years, but financial obstacles are forcing me to sell a car what is my all-time favourite E28.

Long story short, I bought already converted car 3 years ago. It was up and running and it was FAST. Not as fast as my R33GTR skyline but such a pleasure to drive this car. Who have had an opportunity those will know what I am talking about. Last owner bought all the ALPINA stuff from wreck in Germany over 10 years ago and did a conversion. Back on that time full stock M535 body was still solid and good for more powerful B7 parts. Unfortunately we all know what happens with E28 what has not been protected by corrosion properly + if it has big engine inside. Yes, the car needed a full build-up for its body and paint, not to mention its full Napa leather M interior what needed attention.

After i bought the car i drove around with it for couple of months. After that I decided to look deeper into the issues what it had and saw immediately that it’s no point to fix the current body, rust had been goon deep into the inner side of the body. B-pillar was moving quite a bit so it was time to look a new body for this project. I found a body what was completely stripped, bought it from one local BMW enthusiast, there was nothing attached to the body just a bare shell with doors and boot lid. After i took the body to the specialist we discovered some rust on rear panel, we ordered a genuine BMW part and replaced it, I did buy a bunch of other stuff as well + i needed to modify the body to meet Alpina /M535i requirements.

Cars current state is that its been repainted, Its rolling on wheels, doors glasses everything is already installed. It has Shadow line package rear lights, + BMW Genuine shadow line glass seals (stupid 280 eur a set).

Car Spec:
Re spray in 2014 in to sepang bronze (same as Pedis car). To be honest i discovered this site and Pedis awesome project after the car had been re sparyed.
Alpina B7 second gen engine with motronic with all parts what came with this engine (oil cooler, intercooler, special exhaust manny, turbo, ECU, intake manifold, waste gate etc)

Engine manufacturer: BMW M30B34
Engine type: spark-ignition 4-stroke
Fuel system: indirect injection
Charge system: turbocharger
Valves per cylinder: 2
Additional features: Bosch Motronic; turbo
Cylinders alignment: Line 6
Displacement: 3430 cm3 / 209.3 cui
Power net: 235 kW / 320 PS / 315 hp (DIN)
Torque: 520 Nm / 383 ft-lb

Alpina gearbox (it has long 1, 3 gear, short 2, 4 gear, long 5th gear).
Alpina rear differential
Alpina boost control solenoid.
Boost gauge mounted to one of the centre ventilation holes.

Genuine Alpina B12 wheels (8,5x17 front, 10x17 back). Tyres have 80% threads left
Genuine Alpina rosewood gear knob what has been restored, so it looks brand new.
Alpina B7 Front Spoiler
AS the current version of M535i came with BBS package, I decided to keep the BBS rear spoiler but sold the side skirts and front spoiler to another enthusiast. So it has BBS spoiler for rear trunk lid.
Alpina B7 genuine speedo (300kmh), has Alpina stickers on it.

Brakes are taken from BMW 745 Turbo. They are 4 pot callipers in front with BMW 745 discs.

As the roof cloth was worn out just looked horrible i decided to improve this area and installed light beige alcantara.
As the beige leather interior was also looking quite warn out i took the seats and door cards to specialist and ordered 2 napa leathers to complete the interior, should be plenty to do everything. I was extremely careful to choose those leathers to match up roof cloth with leather. My intention was to improve what BMW was already great at. I love the M-interior on those cars and in this area M535i is much better then genuine Alpina IMO.

What car is missing now to be complete is just minor stuff. The big part is already done.

1. Alpina steering wheel ( it has BMW M steering wheel as it is stock on M535i)

2. Alpina stickers for body

3. Exhaust. Current exhaust was just too rusty to be continued with. It has Alpinas downpipe, so everything else from downpipe needs to be built.

4. Cylinder head overhaul. Before I took the car apart i did leak down test for the engine. 3 cylinders are nearly 100%, 3 cylinders leak air to the head. Simple refresh should do the job.

5. Leather interior to be completed (it can be done here if needed) http://www.beeinterior.ee" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; https://www.facebook.com/BeeInteriorOU" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

6. Front fog lights. The ones what were with M535i where worn out.

7. Install engine and gearbox etc. back to the car.

8. Keep it and never sell it! :)

At this point I have invested in parts and labor alone more then 10 000 EURs that does not Include the CAR itself what I bought

Im asking 11 000 EUR for the project in current state. Can be shipped anywere.

kellel kujutlusvõimest puudu jääb siis panen siia ka ühe valmis ehitatud B7 pildi mis on täpselt sama värvi, samade velgedega:
