Important Notice to all classic BMW fans!

Our annual meeting will take place 9.-10. July in Eisma Guesthouse located in Lääne-Virumaa. http://www.landvald.ee/?go=index&lang=eng
The event is for BMW Classic Club Estonia members, traditional BMW owners and their family members.
On Saturday there is a tour of the beautiful northern coast of Estonia, and as always, with a tiny competition.

Participation fee is 25€/person, club members and their partners discount price 20€/person. Children under 4 years come free. 4-16 years price 10€.
In return, you can eat twice (quick meal on arrival and an evening barbecue), and all other games/activities.
This year we have a rule, leave your own drinks at home! Alcohol must be purchased locally, and this is the price list here.
Since we are booking the entire complex with rooms, we will also collect money for the rooms.

Also there is possibility to use your own tent for the night. This costs 13EUR/person, discount for club members 10EUR/person. This includes shower/sauna and breakfast.

Pets are allowed only in camping. Dogs have to be on a leash all the time on the territory. Dogs are not allowed into the big house.

Camping house may also be taken for two-three people not necessarily for 4, the price will not change. The same thing is with the rooms.
A booking will take effect after the successful money transfer.

We have a sauna house for evening use. If raining (which will not happen!) we have plenty of room under the grill-roofs or we can use the main buildings big hall.
The sea is meters away from sauna and camping houses and usually very warm during summer time.
Concerning arrival, there are no gravel-paved roads.

More exact schedule and information will be available in June. All we know for now is that the start of Saturdays roundtrip will be between 10.00-12.00, so if you are planning to arrive to Estonia on satuday, you must start early. Roundtrip is starting near Tallinn (not more than half an hour drive from the center) and the end is in Eisma.

About 5 weeks to the meet and a nice variety of cars will be arriving!

Welcome all to the BMW Classic Club Estonia meet 9.-10. July!

A little teaser of Estonian cars coming. Be there, there will be more!

We will meet on Saturday (09.July) at 10.00. Then you will be given instructions how to proceed. Forces will be held by Mr. Hasso and the denominator Jaks. The first car will start at 10.30. "Start" is open until 12.00. However, please do not plan to arrive at 11.50.

The place we will meet is located next to the Tallinn-Narva highway, a few miles outside the city. Just before the place on the right side there is a sign "Jõelähtme jõgi". Some GPS devices can use coordinates 59.439784,25.133382 (Google Maps). For others, the coordinates are on the map below. If you are coming from Tallinn you can also set your GPS to "Jõelähtme" or "Koogi", and you have to find that place next to the highway.




The roundtrip will take 4-5 hours, and is about 160km long. Please take some water that you can drink in car. Also fill the fuel tank because there will be no more petrolstations on the way! After the roundtrip there will be a meal in Eisma Guesthouse.

More exact timetable of the evening events will be published after we have thought it over. I hope we can publish this in a few days time.

For sure there will be some more games, a quiz about BMW's, a barbeque, sauna and a lot more. So if you are thinking that you should not stay for a night then i tell you, you should.
